- One contact person per group
- No smoking on the property and no pets
- Not appropriate for children
- A 50% deposit is due upon making your reservation.
- Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date
- Cancellations
made more than 60 days prior to your reservation will be refunded
(minus a 25% processing fee on the total amount of the reservation)
- NO refunds less than 60 days or on early departure
- No refunds due to weather conditions.
- Check-in is 3:00 pm
- Check-out no later than 10:00 am
- Extra time may be arranged at $ 20.00 per hour when available
